Galaxy was founded in 2016 by a team of UAE residents tired of unreliable maintenance services. We wanted clear pricing, certified technicians, and someone who actually answered the phone. So we built it.
Today Galaxy services thousands of homes across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with a 98% client retention rate. Most of our work still comes through word of mouth — which is the way we like it.

Where we work.
Two offices, two cities, one standard. Our Dubai team operates out of Business Bay and covers the emirate end-to-end. Our Abu Dhabi team is based in Al Raha and serves the capital and surrounding areas.
